Customer Privacy:
At no time will Lewis Hobbies sell, rent, trade, or give your personal information to a third party. This includes but not limited to credit card information, email addresses, and personal addresses. We will never send you an unsolicited email. Your privacy and security are important to us.
Shipping:
At this time we only ship to the U.S. and Canada. The shipping prices quoted are for the lower 48 states. We ship products every business day. This includes Saturday. If the product is ordered from us by noon PST, (pacific standard time), Saturday and set for priority mail, it will ship that day! Generally we will ship using the USPS, (United States Postal Service). However, FedEx or UPS may be used at the discretion of Lewis Hobbies . We ship our products with tracking and/or delivery confirmation within the U.S. and Canada.
Lewis Hobbies will ship to
APO and
FPO addresses. Products shipped to APO and FPO addresses will ship via first class mail or parcel post.
For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. possessions, and Canada, please contact us for a shipping quote.
For shipments to Canada, we recommend the U.S. Postal Service. In our experience the U.S. Postal Service is the best way to ship our products to Canada.
Returns:
We will accept returns for on an exchange basis for damaged items and wrong product shipped.
Returns must be accompanied with an RMA, (returned merchandise authorization), number and be received by us within 10 business days of the item being assigned an RMA number. Please use the contact us page outlining the details of your request. Include the item description, stock number, and reason for the return. We do not refund shipping charges. Items returned without an RMA number will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
Special Orders:
Special orders are always welcome. A 50% non-refundable deposit may be required to process the order. The balance is due prior to shipping the product to you. To request a special order please fill out the contact page with the details of your request. We normally respond within 1 business day with a price quote and availability of the item requested.
Payment Options:At this time we only accept PayPal, e-check, USPS postal money orders, and certified checks in U.S funds. Personal checks will not be accepted. DO NOT SEND CASH!
Canadian customers, please use PayPal or e-check.
Sales Tax:
Presently Oregon has no sales tax.
Canadian Taxes and Tariffs:Canadian customers are responsible for any and all taxes and tariffs imposed by the Canadian authorities.
